I work with all types of formats: Microsoft Word, PDFs, PowerPoints, etc. However, if we’re working on a translation, there is an extra fee for formats I can’t modify, like PDFs and JPEGs. Depending on the size of the document, I’ll need extra time to convert the content into a modifiable format that I can import into my CAT tool.

Yes, as a standard practice, I require a 25% deposit before beginning any project. This way, both of us stay happy and stress-free 🙂 The remaining 75% is due upon delivery of the completed content and the invoice, which is payable within 30 days.
